- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 head of romaine
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 – 1/2 sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons red pepper
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Cook and season ground beef or turkey with chili powder and red pepper.
- Wash lettuce and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice tomatoes and avocado. Slice red onion.
- Plate all ingredients in a bowl and add hot sauce if you’d like. Enjoy!
