Blueberry Strawberry Jicama Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced jicama
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Serve with tortilla or sweet potato chips. It is also great on grilled fish or chicken.
