Blueberry Strawberry Jicama Salsa
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced jicama
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 large lime juiced
- salt to taste
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Serve with tortilla or sweet potato chips. It is also great on grilled fish or chicken.
